Musikkselskapet Nordvegen (Munor) offers musical experiences and experiences connected with music. We often rely on personal information in order for us to be able to do our job and fulfil our purpose. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you, as a user of Munor’s services, understand what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is used, and what rights you have as a user.
This Privacy Policy applies to all persons who use our website or contact us.
- Controller

Persons who visit our website may voluntarily provide personal information in connection with services such as receiving our newsletter, or using the Contact Us service etc. Processing is based on consent from the individual, unless otherwise specified.
– Ticket purchases
When you purchase a ticket for a Munor event, your purchase, reservations or cancellations are registered, together with the following information:
• E-mail
• Name
• Address
• Post code and town/city
• Mobile phone number
• Any discounts applied (student/child/military veteran)
• Which channel was used to purchase the ticket
• Where in the auditorium you are sitting (in auditoriums with numbered seats)
• Purchase history

When you visit our website at munor.no, anonymised usage data are logged. The aim of this is to produce statistics which we use to improve and develop the information we provide on our site. Examples of what these statistics can tell us are how many people visit different pages, how long visits last, what website users come from, and what internet browsers are used.

3.1. munor.no
When you visit munor.no, we analyse how you use our website.
This information is processed in anonymised and aggregated form. Anonymised means that we cannot trace the information we collect back to the individual user. We do not collect IP addresses and data are generated at an aggregated level, meaning that data are collated to form a dataset and are not processed individually.
We use the analysis tool Google Analytics on our website. Munor does not forward information from this tool to other stakeholders.

3.2 Ticket purchases
We collect personal information in connection with your purchase of tickets so that we can execute your ticket order as described under Sec. 2.
- Retention period
Munor never stores personal information for longer than is required for the purpose, for which the information was collected. Once we no longer require your personal information, we will either permanently anonymise it or erase it securely. - Your rights when we process personal information about you
You have the right to demand access to, or rectification or erasure of the personal information which Munor processes about you. You also have the right to demand restriction of processing, the right to object to processing, and the right to demand data portability. In order to exercise your rights, you must demand access from Munor by submitting an enquiry to munorpost@munor.no. This shall be considered written communication,. We will respond to your message as soon as possible, and no later than within 30 days.

If you believe that our processing of personal information is not consistent with what we have described here or is in any other way in violation of data protection legislation, you can lodge a complaint with Datatilsynet.

Munor reserves the right to amend or adapt this Privacy Policy. Where amendments are made to the Privacy Policy, the user will be informed in writing in advance through our services. By continuing to use our services after the Privacy Policy has been amended, you consent to the amended terms and conditions.
This and any future privacy policy complies with the Norwegian Data Protection Act (Personopplysningsloven) or other regulations that apply at any time to the processing of personal information
